  3. Links to Downloaded files typically expire after 14 days.

  4. CDs/DVDs ship via your selected carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS).

  5. Most orders process in less than 24 hours.

There are no returns or exchanges for downloadable items.

You may return damaged or defective CDs/DVDs within 10 days of the original purchase date for replacement or a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
