Freedom Cole is a teacher of Vedic Astrology, Yoga and the Vedic Sciences.Freedom studied with various astrology teachers in the US and India until meeting Paramguru Pandit Sanjay Rath in 2001 and studyied in the lineage of Sri Achyutananda Das. He has lived for extended periods in India studying with his Jyotish Guru in in Delhi, Bhubaneshwar, Puri and the Kamoan Himalayas. With his knowledge of Sanskrit, Yoga philosophy, modern psychology and two decades of practice, he is able to translate the ancient principles and methodologies into practical application. His research and teaching focus on cultivating the bodys innate wisdom. Freedom is presently working on a PhD in clinical psychology researching trauma through the lens of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Sam Geppi (Sadasiva) is the author of "Yoga and Vedic Astrology" and "The Ascendant-108 Planets of Vedic Astrology". He is the founder of the American Academy of Vedic Art and Science - which offers level 1-3 Certification programs in Vedic Astrology. Currently the Academy has more than 250 students enrolled.
Sam is certified level 1 and 2 through ACVA and CVA and was hired by Dattatreya Shiva Baba to teach the first Astroved Vedic Astrology Certification Program in 2010.
Dennis M. Harness, Ph.D. is a professional astrologer who holds a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology. For more than twenty years, Dennis has studied both Eastern and Western techniques of Astrology. He presents workshops on Vedic Astrology and Transpersonal Psychology throughout the world. He is the author of The Nakshatras: The Lunar Mansions of Vedic Astrology, which is published by Lotus Press. Dr. Harness is currently working on a new book titled The Karmic Code. Dennis is the conference organizer of the Sedona Vedic Astrology Conference.

Its ultimate aim is to promote societal well-being and balance.In this engaging and informative panel, the panelists will examine Nītiśāstra specifically within the context of its use in Jyotiṣa through the lens of relationship astrology.The panelists will discuss various complicated ethical scenarios which professional Astrologers may face in their consulting fields, and review their best practices which aid in maintaining a high level of integrity within Vedic Astrology.Scenarios discussed will include:-Ethical and moral obligations of the astrologer in discussing relationship compatibility points with clients.-Ethical responsibilities of the astrologer in delivering counsel with life changing impacts (like clients wanting to break their marriage).-What is the moral and ethical obligation of the astrologer in situations where there is evidence of abuse or extramarital affairs?-To what extent should an astrologer disclose information about their relationship partners (either consenting or non-consenting)?Nine scenarios are presented. Attendees are divided into groups are given three minutes to discuss each scenario. After each discussion volunteers share their views. Group discussion segments in the recording are played back at high speed (16X). -
