Q. My Download Link(s) have Expired. How do I retrieve the files I ordered?

A. Depends on original delivery date:

  • Up to 30 days after files delivered, one complimentary resend upon request.
  • More than 30 days after files delivered (with no prior download): $15 fee to reprocess your order.
  • More than 30 days after files delivered (with prior download): Replacement subject to approval on a case by case basis. If approved replacement fee: 60% of order total (minimum $25).


Q. One or more CDs I purchased is defective. How do I replace them?

A. Defective CDs must be returned for inspection prior to replacement.

  • Returns postmarked up to 30 days after receipt date will be replaced free of charge if found defective. If not defective they will be replaced with a downloadable version of the product.
  • More than 30 days after receipt date: $5 per CD (minimum $25) plus shipping costs for replacements.
  • All CDs are verified prior to shipment. It is impossible to guarantee they play correctly on all CD players.


Q. How will my data be used if I create an account?

A. Your data is used to streamline the checkout process and provide access to special discounts. All customer account passwords are encrypted. Your data will NOT be shared or sold to anyone.


Q. What do I miss out on if I don't create an Account?

A. Users with Accounts receive the following benefits:

  • Member Only Sales and Discounts
  • Express Checkout
  • Access Your Order History/Order Status


Q. How do I create an account?

A. Computer:

  1. Click My Account in the upper right corner of the Home screen.

  2. Click Register in the lower right side of the Customer Log In screen.

  3. Enter requested information in the Create An Account screen.

  4. Press the Save button.


A. Mobile:

  1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the Home screen to open the left sidebar.

  3. Tap Register in the lower right side of the Customer Log In screen.

  4. Enter the requested information on the Create An Account screen.

Q. How do I log in to my account?

A. Computer:

  1. Click My Account in the upper right corner of the Home screen.
